When it comes to manipulating your weight ,calories matter

If we are talking about healthy food, we are talking about food that is prepared with less processed items and stuff also food that is rich in nutrients , but they contains calories too and if your calories don’t match your goal you will still not get your desired result

How ever if you are having a condition or looking into improving a certain condition or avoid you may wanna check your food quality but at the end of the day calories matter the most
